Vegan Chocolate Cheesecake

Creamy Vegan Chocolate Cheesecake with a buttery cookie crust and a smooth filling. This easy no-bake cheesecake requires just 10 ingredients.  It’s a chocolate lover’s delight made in just 30 minutes!

For the crust: - oreo cookies - vegan butter For the filling: - chocolate  - cashews - coconut milk - coconut oil - sugar  - lemon juice For the toppings: - chocolate  - coconut cream - oreo cookies


 Add the oreo cookies and butter into a food processor. Pulse until everything is well combined.

 Pour the mixture into the pan and press firmly. Place in the freezer.

 To make the Filling: combine ingredients in a high speed blender.

 Blend until smooth and creamy.

 Pour the mixture over the crust. Place in the freezer.

 Now, add the delicious toppings!

To make the Toppings: chop cookies, chop chocolate and heat coconut cream.

 Mix coconut cream and chocolate. Spread the frosting over the cake and top with cookies.
