Vegan Gluten-free Strawberry Cake

This Vegan Gluten Free Strawberry Cake can’t be moister and fluffier and it’s not at all overly sweet. It's made with fresh strawberries. You have to try it!

For the Cake: all-purpose GF flour cane sugar  baking soda baking powder vegan butter  plant-based milk  lemon juice strawberry puree vanilla extract For the Frosting: vegan butter powdered sugar  strawberry puree

Ingredients

 Puree strawberries. Make the buttermilk. And cream the butter.

 Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.  Mix with wet ingredients.

Divide the batter  in three lined pans. Bake at 350ºF/ 180ºC for 25 minutes

Let cool the cakes. Level with a cake leveler.

 Prepare the Strawbeerry Buttercream and frost the cakes.

Top with the fresh strawberries!

And voilà!
