Vegan Funfetti Cupcakes

These Vegan  Funfetti Cupcakes  are moist, fluffy and super tender.  Topped with a delicious vanilla  frosting.  They're easy and quick and can be made in 30 minutes.

- all-purpose flour - cane sugar  - baking soda - baking powder - vegetable oil  - plant-based milk  - lemon juice - vanilla extract - sprinkles - vegan butter - powdered sugar


 Prepare the buttermilk, with the milk and the lemon juice.

 Add oil and vanilla into the buttermilk bowl and mix well.

Sift dry ingredients. Mix with wet ingredients.

Whisk until well combined. Don’t over mix. Add the sprinkles

Divide the batter evenly into the cupcake pan.

Bake for 20-22 minutes.

Make the frosting: mix ingredients until combined.
