Vegan Gluten-free Carrot Cake
This Vegan Gluten-Free Carrot Cake is moist, rich, not overly sweet and full of flavor. It’s topped with a smooth Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting that’s as easy to make as delicious!
For the Cake: Gluten-free flour spices brown sugar plant based milk apple sauce olive oil apple cider vinegar grated carrots walnuts & raisins For the Frosting: vegan butter vegan cream cheese powdered sugar
Ingredients
Mix the milk, vinegar, apple sauce, oil and vanilla.
Sift flour, spices, baking powder and baking soda. Mix with wet ingredients.
Add sugar, carrots, walnuts and raisins. Mix well. Pour into the pans.
Bake and frost.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting: mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla
Frost the carrot cake and top with the delicious toppings!
