This Vegan Gluten-Free Carrot Cake is moist, rich and full of flavor. Filled with a smooth cream cheese frosting that’s as easy to make as delicious! 

Sift the dry ingredients

Mix with wet ingredients.

 Add sugar, carrots, walnuts and raisins. Mix well. Pour into the pans.

Bake for 20 minutes.

 Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting.

Frost and decorate the carrot cake.
