My name is Natalia and I’m the cook, writer and photographer behind the blog. I have an absolute passion for food, color and photography. When I’m not working, you’ll find me strolling along the farmer markets in search of fresh seasonal veggies and fruit, of course.
I’m not entirely vegan, but most of the recipes here are. A lot of my recipes are also gluten-free and refined sugar-free. I love to try new foods and create new recipes, specially healthy and simple ones, so you and I can spend less time in the kitchen 😉
I started this blog, in April 2019, to share with you my favorite recipes and, also, food photography tips that may help you to make your food pics even more awesome.
Previously, in July 2017, I started my Instagram account as a way to share my pictures and, whenever possible, an abridged version of the recipes. Since then, several of my pics have been featured in some of the biggest food Instagram accounts.
What do I use to photograph?
I started taking pics of my dishes with a Nikon D3100 about four years ago,
and I’m still using the same camera. I upgraded my camera some months ago. I currently have a Nikon D5600 and I shoot mainly on a 50mm 1.8 lens, 35 mm 1.8 and 85mm 1.8. I always shoot in natural light, and use Lightroom to edit my pictures.
